Hi there! My two lovely flatmates are moving back home in December, so I’m looking for two friendly & easy-going people to join me in this bright, modern Hampstead flat — just a short stroll from the Heath, cosy cafés, and independent shops. I’ve lived here for almost three years and it’s been a real joy. Our landlord is great and very responsive, which makes everything hassle-free.

The flat
- 3 bed, 2 bath on the 1st floor overlooking the garden (which we have access to but doesn’t often get used so it’s super peaceful)
- Open plan kitchen and living room
- 9 minute walk to West Hampstead Thameslink, Overground & Tube (Jubilee), 12 minute walk to Hampstead station (northern line) + 1 minute walk to buses.

A bit about me: I’m 28, Australian, and a florist. My days start early for work, and I love to treat the flat as a peaceful sanctuary. In my downtime, you’ll usually find me surrounded by flowers, walking on the Heath, cooking, reading, traveling, or enjoying an occasional wine & movie night. I adore my current flatmates, so I’m hoping to find new people who are similarly friendly, considerate, and enjoy a relaxed, clean, and welcoming home — open to a chat or a wine now and then.

I’d prefer flatmates who don’t work from home, but all enquiries are welcome!

🌸 Room 1 – Very large double with private en-suite: £1150 + bills
🌸 Room 2 – Double with shared bathroom: £925 + bills
