Double room in Hampstead

Double room in a 2 bed flat in Hampstead, a 5 minute walk to the tube and just off Flask Walk. The overground is a short walk away and all of the shops and places to eat and drink in Hampstead- and the Heath is at the end of the road!

I am seeking a housemate to move into this room as my current housemate and friend is moving in with her partner.

I am Rhianne, female, 34 years old. I am a psychologist. I work in a hospital 2 days per week and work the rest from home. Open to people who are either in an office or working from home.

I have a small dog (a cavalier King Charles spaniel) so a dog lover is a must! He is really friendly and cuddly. It is important that someone is considerate of this - mainly keeping their bedroom door shut when they go out and not leaving food lying around.

Hoping for someone to take the room who is up for being sociable at times but we are also respectful of each other’s space. I have become really close friends with my previous housemates and feel it is important to get on with housemates. I am a tidy a clean person, quiet and respectful.

The flat is furnished. There is flexibility around a move in date but aiming for around the middle of Jan to early Feb 26. The landlord here is great, responds to direct whatsapp messages very promptly.
