I’m looking for a new flatmate to take over my current flatmate’s room/lease in our lovely, bright flat in Gospel Oak, right by Hampstead Heath.
We’re two minutes from the Heath entrance, with a terrace that overlooks the Heath and on a quite residential road. Parliament Hill Lido just behind.
We’ve lived here for 2.5 years, and my current flatmate is sadly moving out to live with her partner.
Flat is fully furnished, fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, washer-dryer, etc.
Transport is great:
• 4 min walk to Gospel Oak Overground
• 15 min walk to Belsize Park (Northern Line)
• 18 min walk to Kentish Town Thameslink
