Live-in Guardians is delighted to present this 2 bed flat in Hampstead.
This is shared with one other person with no living room but fully kitted kitchen and bathroom.

The room is unfurnished, so you will have to provide your own bed and furniture.

£960 all bills inc except wifi.

We are a property guardian company, so you will be living in the property under a monthly licence agreement. This means that your notice period is a minimum of 28 days.

We prefer working professionals, only 21 and over– no children or pets are allowed in the building.

We will require the following documentation from you:

• 3 months’ previous bank statements OR
• 3 months’ previous pay slips
• A copy of your passport OR photo ID
• A character or employment reference
• Valid DBS certificate

We require the following payments from you to secure a room:

• 1 month rent upfront
• 1 month deposit

If you are not in full time employment with a permanent contract, we may request that you provide a guarantor.
