HUGE furnished double en suite room available!

Hey! I’m moving out and looking for someone to take over my room in a 3-bed flat share.. The tenancy runs until July 2026 with the option to continue after. Hosting viewings asap as would like someone to move in by 25 March, though this is flexible.

The room is bright with big windows, HUGE built-in mirrored wardrobes, a desk, a locked door, and plenty of storage with a large en suite. All furniture is included apart from the chair (happy to sell!). The flat has a spacious living room, balcony (!!), and well-equipped kitchen, plus staffed concierge and lift (we’re on the third floor).

You’d be living with Chelsea (22, in-office most of the week) and Vanessa (21, full-time postgrad). They’re looking for someone who’s clean, respectful, and chill! We’re a relaxed, calm flat, but also are respectful of each others personal space. No pets or couples, sorry!

The area is very safe and calm with everything you need nearby. Hampstead Heath, West Hampstead high street, and Golders Hill Park (has a zoo!) are all walking distance. We also have great links to Golders Green station (Northern line), West Hampstead (Jubilee/Mildmay Overground), and buses to central London. There is usually space to park on the road (permit required).

Rent: £1,100 per month
Bills (wifi, water, electricity, gas, council tax): approx £200 per month, though less if you’re a full time student.
Deposit: £1038

In order to pass referencing checks, you’ll need to have an income of at least £33k; if you’re a student, you’ll need either £33k in savings or a UK guarantor with an income of at least £40k.
