Room in Hampstead, 5 mins from Northern line

I'm leaving my current flat to move in with a friend and am looking for someone to join my flatmates on June 28th (can discuss dates if you're looking for a bit earlier).

✨ Room/rent:
It’s a spacious double room with a bed, desk, wardrobe and bookcase - it’s £1069 per month plus bills (which are usually an additional £150). It gets great natural light in the morning, really quiet area as well.

✨ Location:
Our flat is located in the heart of Hampstead, right next to the Heath - a 5 min walk from the Hampstead Northern line station (via a great shortcut) where you can be in central in 15 minutes, and we’re a 10 min walk from the Hampstead Heath Mildmay line on the overground. The flat is close to the high street which has loads of beautiful shops, cafes and restaurants. The location really is amazing!

✨ Flat:
We have loads of space around the flat with a big living room with adjoining study, as well as two small balconies. Plenty of storage space too.

✨ Current flatmates:
You would be living with Holly (29 F) and George (29 M LGBTQ+). They both work in publishing, are super friendly and social, but also appreciate their downtime. They love cooking, travelling, going for runs together and occasionally for a drink in the local pubs (plenty to choose from around here!) as well as relaxing on the Heath. We try to maintain a clean and tidy flat and also try to stick to a cleaning schedule when we can.

Overall they're looking for someone in their mid-late 20s or early 30's with a similar mindset/interests, who wants to help make the flat a home!
