Cosy double room in beautiful Hampstead flat

Hello! I'm Rhiannon and I'm currently looking for a lovely new flatmate to join this flat in Hampstead. The flat has two bedrooms, a shared bathroom, and a kitchen/lounge area. The room has built in wardrobes, a bookshelf, a king size bed, and room for a small desk.

About me:
- I am a 29 year old researcher at UCL.
- I work from home around twice a week. I also travel for work quite frequently so there will often be weeks where you'd have the flat to yourself.
- I'm looking for a female flatmate around the same age as me who is very calm and chill. I'm pretty tidy and would like someone who also likes living in a clean tidy space.
- My last flatmate and I became good friends through living together and so it would be really great to meet someone who wants to make the flat feel like a home.
- I really enjoy running on the heath, arts and crafts, live music, pub walks, hiking and camping in the mountains, reading, and exploring London museums. I'm also always up for trying new hobbies!

The apartment is in an amazing location close to tube stations at Hampstead (12 min walk), Finchley Road Station (11 min walk), and Finchley Road and Frognal Station (9 min walk). It is a ten minutes walk to be in Hampstead Heath and about 20 minutes walk to get to Primrose Hill. There are lots of supermarkets nearby (including a big Sainsburys!) as well as gyms and shops.

The apartment is in a grade 2 listed building and so has lots of beautiful features like the mosaic floor and high ceilings. The building is really quiet and peaceful and the area is super safe.

I'll be doing viewings this week and the next with an aim to find a flatmate as soon as possible. I'm also open to short term lets ending around September time.
