Lovely little double room with amazing view!

Hello!

We have a small double bedroom available in Hampstead village, with spectacular views of the London skyline. It’s a wonderful location – 5 minutes’ walk to Hampstead tube station (with access to the Northern line) and 5 minutes to Hampstead Heath, including the famous bathing ponds! It’s also near to the High Street and several good pubs.

The room includes a double bed, bedside table, and wardrobe. There is a shared kitchen, bathroom and living room. All the usual amenities are included: oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, bath/shower, television and WiFi. There is also a communal courtyard, with a bit of garden.

You’ll be sharing the flat with three friendly women in their thirties and early forties. We are: Lara (creative producer), Célie (assistant archivist) and Meg (music librarian). We enjoy hanging out in the flat, going to the theatre or on walks but we also respect each other’s space and privacy. We’re looking for another woman of the same age range; someone who’ll fit in with our relaxed vibe and make this flat their home, while still keeping it clean and tidy.

Rent is £725 per month, which covers all bills including council tax. The deposit is £725. It’s available from 24th August. Minimum stay 6 months, then a rolling contract.
