Great double room with garden view, Hampstead

A great double room with a garden view in a friendly postgraduate house. The room has two fitted wardrobes, and the house has a large kitchen, a cosy living room, and a huge garden ideal for BBQs although most may be in the rain ;)

We are two males and one female currently researching for PhDs in diverse fields from Political Science to Russian Literature and Philosophy. We are looking for a student ideally between the ages of 25-40. We work hard during the week and like to socialise and have a few drinks or dinner at the weekend.

The rent of £800 a month covers bills (gas, electricity, water, TV, internet). Council tax is not included and will be approx. £40 a month.
