One huge room in lovely Hampstead flat

Thanks for checking our ad. Our housemate has decided to move in with her boyfriend so we are looking to rent her room from November 21st.

The flat is really big with high ceilings, on the first floor of a two storey building. The available bedroom is the largest of three and faces a quiet garden. You would be sharing the big and light bathroom with one other only. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed, side tables and a wardrobe. There is a spacious living room/dining room and a smaller kitchen.

The bills are approximately £130 ppn/pcm.

The flat is in a great location, with cafes and pubs nearby, and excellent transport links. It's conveniently nestled between Hampstead (Northern Line, 10 mins), Finchley Road & Frognal (Overground, 5 mins) and Finchley Road (both Jubilee and Metropolitan Line, 10 mins) tube stations. Bus wise the 13, 82 and 113 are a 2 minute walk away.

The housemates? Two early 30s busy bees, often out working, travelling or socialising. The flat is our little heaven we like to come back to. It is relaxed, clean and a good mixture of lively and quiet. Respect of personal space and sleep is important to us but we are girls, and like a good gossip over a glass of wine! Looking for someone similar :) Boys or girls welcome, no couples please.
