Located on a quiet tree lined street close to Hampstead village with amazing shops, restaurants, Everyman cinema, Tesco express (about an 8 min walk) and Finchley Road with the O2 centre, big Sainsburys (5-10 mins walk). The flat is close to good transport connections - Northern line (Hampstead - 8 min walk), Jubilee line (Finchley Rd Station) and Overground (Finchley and Frognal - 8 min walk). Hampstead Heath is about 10 min away great for jogging, cycling, walking.

I'm moving out as I'm moving country, otherwise I'd be staying as I love the flat and people. The flatmates are both professionals (Liza, South African Doctor, simply the lovliest person ever) and Mike (British, Engineer, super friendly and equally lovely).

They are both tidy, easy going and great people to live with. Interests include cooking, sport and theatre.

Looking for either a male or female of similar age and interests who is clean, tidy and considerate. No couples please. Both Liza and Mike live reasonably busy lives but are often around to share the odd meal and a glass or two of wine.

The rent is £720 pcm excluding all bills.
