Mon - Fri let in Hampstead

Sadly my current flatmate is moving out so a new flatmate is needed! I have a double room with en-suite available in 2 bed flat near Hampstead Heath and Hampstead high-street on a Monday to Friday basis to share with female professional (mid 30s). Room is available occasionally at the weekend. The room is located in a top 2 floor maisonette with a south-west facing roof terrace off the living room with views over Hampstead village towards the city. The flat is wonderfully situated for walks on the Heath and is very spacious and modern in style. I am a very relaxed live-in owner but out most of the week so any flat-mate would have space but also more than happy to share a glass of wine when we are both in. Happy for anyone living with me to treat my flat as their own place and have friends and family over. Rent includes all bills, Virgin Media broadband and TV and cleaner.
