The flat is very spacious, with a shared bathroom, large living room and separate kitchen. We also have access to a private garden at the back of the property, shared with the other 5 flats in the building.

The flat is alarmed and located within a secure, locked building with shared hallway. The building is set back from the road, with a large screening of trees between the house and Finchley Road itself to create a sense of privacy.

The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances (inc. washing machine / dryer) and the living room is likewise comfortable and fully furnished. Our internet is through Virgin, with unlimited broadband and wifi throughout the house (at speeds of 50Mbs).

The flat is managed by a professional letting agency who always respond very quickly to any maintenance requests. We have never had any issues with either the landlord or the letting agent, which has reflected in the long length of stay of the previous tenants.

LOCATION

The flat is in a perfect location on Finchley Road with fantastic transport connections nearby:

- 10 minutes walk to Hampstead station (Northern Line, zone 2)

- 10 minutes walk to West Hampstead station (Jubilee Line, zone 2)

- 10 minutes walk to West Hampstead Thameslink (National Rail, zone 2)

- 5 minutes walk to Finchley Road and Frognal station (London Overground, zone 2)

- 10 minutes walk to Finchley Road station (Jubilee and Metropolitan Lines, zone 2).

- There is also a bus stop right outside the flat served by buses 13, 82 and 113 (24 hours) which provide direct links to central London.

The local area has a great selection of shops, restaurants and bars on West End Lane, in West Hampstead, Hampstead Village and at the Finchley Road O2 Centre. Within a short walk there is also a Waitrose local, a large Sainsbury's, large Waitrose, a selection of gyms (such as Virgin Active and the Gym), several cinemas (Odeon, Everyman and Vue) and also Hampstead Heath.
