Helen, Amerissa and Polly are looking for a new flatmate for their apartment in the heart of Hampstead Garden Suburb. The flat is located around several parks, tennis courts and cafes in the heart of Hampstead Garden Suburb adjacent to Golders Green, East Finchley, Temple Fortune and a short walk from the forests around Hampstead, Highgate and Kenwood.
Both rooms are available from December 1st (possibly sooner).

The recently refurbished Room is in a quiet, friendly and clean flat share. The rental rate is 640 a month and one month's deposit.

The bedrooms comes fully furnished and includes a large double bed, wooden floors, storage space and natural lighting. However please note some of the furniture may have changed since the photos were taken :)

This duplex flat has a large shared kitchen, two bathrooms with shower/bath and a spacious living room. The bathroom for this room has recently been renovated.

We tend to keep the flat really clean. Well lit and bright. It is ideally located just a few minutes bus ride from the East Finchley & Golders Green stations, and walking distance from parks, the Kenwood House and Hampstead Heath, Finchley Phoenix Cinema, local shops and other amenities.

The kitchen, bathrooms and living room are shared - all are working professionals, friendly and easy to get along with. We respect each other's privacy, but also enjoy chilling together in the evenings/weekends.

640 a month includes Council Tax, fibre Broadband, water, council tax, TV license etc.
Electricity and Gas are a metered separate amount on top of this amount (but these metered amounts are split by all 4 tenants.)
