Room is off road side with view over Hampstead Garden Suburb/parks.

Room comes furnished with double bed, huge wardrobe, small desk and additional storage.
Kitchen is fully equipped with coffee machine, juicer, oven, washing machine etc.
We also have a small balcony, ideal to have a cup of coffee and enjoy the view. Parks surrounding the flat have tennis and basketball courts, free to use.

Flat is less than 5 min by bus (or 15min walk) from East Finchely Tube station, around 10 min by bus from Golders Green.
A Co-Op is just opposite our road, a 24hrs convenience shop is literally next door. Post office, GP, vet, yoga, spinning, PT studios less than a minute away.

Ideally, you will be a clean person who understands that communal areas have to be cleaned regularly. We are easy going, like to cook together and have a laugh.
