The bedroom is furnished with a double bed, wardrobe and desk and overlooks the back garden. We share a kitchen, living room, modern bathroom and garden.
We are 3 female professionals, quiet, tidy and considerate, aged 45+ from France and Hungary. We often have a chat in the kitchen but otherwise, we're pretty independent.
The house is located in a quiet street 5 min by bus (3 busses) or a 10 min walk from Golders Green station and there is a Waitrose and a Marks and Spencer nearby.
We do not accept couples or students, sorry.
The double room is available to rent from the 21 March.
Bills are £125 per month.
Council tax band is F
