Amazing place for London visitors (short stay)

If you’re looking to visit London during this summer enjoying a wonderful place without paying a fortune, this is the right place for you!

Wonderful, bright and spacious house with 2 bedrooms available during August only (from 1st to 30th) and ideal for a family of 3/4 looking to spend holidays in London in a great place within budget paying substantially less compared to hotels or AirB&B.

Description: Double room fully furnished with en-suite bathroom and large desk facing the garden and forest. Single room with bunk bed ideal for two kids. Fully furnished and access to the main bathroom with shower and bath. Theres an additional guest toilet with basin on the ground floor. There’s a fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, washing and dryer machines. The main attraction is the amazing south facing garden with table and 6 chairs, Wi-Fi reaches outside and plenty of space to enjoy the sunshine.

Location: The house is located in the Hampstead Garden Suburb and 10 minutes by bus to Golders Green tube station. Temple Fortune High Street is a 5-minute walk with various amenities such as cafes, supermarkets (M&S and Waitrose), Boots pharmacy and restaurants.

Parking & Cleaning: There’s free parking in our road and house is alarmed. Cleaning is required after using kitchen, as well as keeping the rooms and bathroom tidy. There is an additional cleaning fee of £75 at the end of the stay for the 2 rooms.

Duration of stay: It can be under 1 week and maximum of 2 weeks. House is only available from 1st to 30th of August.

House Rules: Parties, smoke and pets are not allowed in the house.

Housemate: There’s a lady in the property who is also in charge of the maintenance and good care.

What are we looking for? We are looking for a friendly, clean and tidy family of 3 of 4 max (2 adults + 1 or 2 kids) who are visiting London and want to stay comfortably but on a budget. Cost is substantially lower compared with AirB&B and hotels.
