You’ll be living in a fantastic neighbourhood with more shops and restaurants than you’ll ever need with excellent transport links to Golders Green and Finchley Central stations.

IMPORTANT NOTE:

I have two small rescue dogs from Cyprus, Golda (11 yo, black pointer cross) and Fifi (8 yo, chihuahua/jack russell cross). They are loving, and well-behaved, and reside in the living room.

I am looking for someone who genuinely loves dogs, and I’d also happily pay you if you could walk them 2-3 times a week.

Flat Details:

The flat is spacious (103 square meters across two levels), and bright, with three double bedrooms.

You will have one bedroom on the second floor.

There is also a third bedroom which I or my partner who visits sometimes will be using as an office. We can arrange to share it with you, you can also work / study from the living room and there will be a desk in your bedroom.

I can also consider renting two rooms out exclusively to you (bedroom plus office) for £1500.

The space includes ample storage, with a large wardrobe in your bedroom and another one outside if you need it.

The room is fully furnished, with a comfortable bed, mattress, desk, and chairs provided in your room.

A fully equipped, large kitchen features an oven, a dishwasher, a washing machine, and a dryer, plus a microwave.

You will have access to the shared living room (my dogs stay there though). There is a TV and a projector, a table with chairs and a comfy sofa.

Additionally, you will have your own toilet and share a bathroom with me.

Available for both short and long-term stays, I am happy to consider long term rental, but I want to make sure we are the right match for each other and you get on well with the dogs.
Bills are included: water, electricity, gas, council tax (Band D), and mobile broadband from Three.

I also pay for cleaning twice a month, and I clean a lot myself.

1 month deposit required.

Amenities:

Access to a garden at the rear of the property on weekends (the landlord uses it during weekdays).

Discounted tennis court hire at Hampstead Garden Suburbs area.

Potential allotment access may be available in the future.

Parking is a possibility; please let me know if required.

About Me:

I am a 35-year-old professional who works from home three, sometimes four days a week. I value a clean, quiet environment and have a deep love for animals. I practice yoga regularly and have been vegan for the past 9 years. Originally from Poland, I also speak Hebrew and Spanish and am currently learning Portuguese.


Ideal Flatmate:

I am seeking a professional, tidy, and quiet flatmate who shares a love for dogs. A (mostly) plant-based diet is preferred, but obviously I respect your choices.
