5 mins to get to EF station. or to Brent Cross in the other direction.
I am a professional musician. I have a 7yo son who stays over night 2 days a week.
My room is located on a separate floor
I am friendly flatmate and we have a good friendly group of tenants. I have held the tenancy for 3 years.
