Double room (own bathroom)

Spacious double room available in north London, comes with sole access to the family size bathroom as we have an en-suite.

What we are looking for:
- Females only please!
- No party animals
- Someone clean
- Someone social (a friend not just a flatmate)
- Someone reliable and respectful
- We will need references and there will be finance checks

I will need to meet you before anything is confirmed as we are really looking for someone who can fit the great vibe we’ve had in the home so far.

About the home:
🚂 nearest tube is Golders Green (northern line, zone 3).

🌳 Within 15 minute walk to the expansive HAMPSTEAD HEATH EXTENSION
There are many green spaces all over this beautiful area.

🚌 Bus stop directly outside the house takes you straight to the station however it is only a 15 minute walk.

📍 The local high street is full of life, shops, cafes and restaurants AND the Golders Green high street just down the road has even more to offer.

About us:
Flatmates are myself (22 female) and often my partner (22 male). We are a very laid back couple, we enjoy walks on the heath and love a movie night on the couch. We keep our space tidy and organised. We do love to host but we are mostly out the house working. We work together in a bar in West Hampstead (cheeky discount available there). We work hard but play hard also! We work mostly lates so in the day time the flat needs to be QUIET until midday when we start our days. Please keep in mind this means we do come home late especially on weekends! We are not uptight professionals just two young adults finding their way in the big city :)
