The room is huge (labelled as living room on floor plan), lots of natural light and also has a gorgeous fireplace. It comes unfurnished but the current tenant is happy to sell her bed frame, mattress and chest of drawers!

📍the flat is about 10/15 min walk ( or a very short bus ride ) from East Finchley station ( northern line ). There is a 102 bus stop right across the flat & there’s lots of easy bus connections to other areas in north London e. g Muswell Hill, Crouch End, Highgate & Finsbury Park.

🌳 the area is lovely, lots of cafes, shops and charity shops nearby. There is a GP and pharmacy literally a minute walk away. Behind the flat there’s a large playing field which is lush in the summer & hamstead heath (kenwood house entrance) is nearby as well. Brent Cross shopping centre is a direct bus ride away too.

You’ll be sharing the flat with two girls (professionals 24&26) and a lovely friendly cat 🐱 we’re both super chill, tidy and respectful and looking for someone similar. We love spending time together but will also value each others space if we’ve had a busy week 😌🥰

Bills: Approximately £150–£200 per month
