My Girlfriend Bobbye and I are looking for someone to share our gorgeous recently refurbished flat from 1st July. Right on the doorstep of Hampstead Heath overground station and 10 minutes walk from Belsize Park on the Northern Line.
The location is amazing, literally 2 minutes walk from Hampstead Heath, for a break from the busy city life.
Lovely communal areas and a balcony with a great view. The room has a very large in-built wardrobe/storage space.
We are artists in our late twenties.. We enjoy cooking (including sourdoughs), going to galleries and swimming and are looking for someone who would like to share a meal every now and then and is tidy.
The room is available from 1st July 2019.
Bills are around £100 a month. Deposit is £500. No agency fees.
