🎪THE FLAT: is super modern and spacious with double glazing and a power shower. Fully refurbished to a high spec in 2018, so everything works like clockwork with super warm heating, new appliances and a great power shower. Clean and spacious kitchen well kitted out with all the devices, crockery and cooking utensils.

🛏️YOUR ROOM: has a double bed, & bedside table; large wardrobe (1m wide; 236cm tall) with fitted soft close drawers, and storage in the top; a tall bookshelf and space for a desk. It comes with 5 huge double glazed windows looking west onto the woods. Has it's own adjustable radiator, good WiFi & your own clothes airer, waste paper basket and over door clothes hooks.
BLACK OUT CURTAINS AVAILABLE TOO.
This is the best room in the house! Which is why I had my desk here during the COVID days, it's so light and bright. :)
🛋️SHARED SPACES: we'll share a squeaky clean full bathroom upstairs (bath with power shower, WC, & basin) and a separate WC downstairs. Access to the fully fitted kitchen, including washer/dryer, dishwasher, an espresso machine, and all sorts of cooking utensils. A spacious living/dinning room with it's large velvet sofa and TV. And even seperate shoe & coat storage in the hall.

🦜It's LESS than a 4MINS walk to the NORTHERN LINE Station, Belsize Park, which will get you to Tottenham Court Rd or Bank in minutes. It's also a 1min walk from a great pub garden or 7min walk to Hampstead Heath, for that needed contact with nature.

🌏 I'm a keen environmentalists with roots in Mallorca. I work in Climate Change policy 2-3 days a week from home and spend time on personal projects the other days. My husband is from Mallorca and we speak Catalan together, but he's currently spending most of his time on Mallorca and visits London when he can.
