Double Room available in Sept in Zone 2, Hampstead

Hi, my flatmate is moving out of London so I am looking for someone to take her double bedroom in Hampstead, Zone 2.

The flat is on the top floor of a gorgeous Victorian house. The room is available from the 1st August or 1st September for £915 pcm, excluding bills and council tax. Bills generally come to £180.

You will be sharing the flat with myself: a quiet, clean, friendly, mid thirties, female professional. I treat this flat like a home, and enjoy cosy movie nights in as well as the occasional night out.

The room is furnished with a large wardrobe and set of drawers. There is space to add a small desk. It has an amazing view over London. The windows are double pane, so very little noise from the street or train. The flat has a modern kitchen and bathroom. The bathroom has a nice big bathtub and underfloor heating. There is a large living room and dining space. The kitchen is small but is fully equipped with everything you need. There is also an attic space that can be used for storage.

The flat is located moments from Hampstead Heath. South End Green and Hampstead High street are within a 10 minutes walk and have a village feel: with cosy pubs, cafes, boutique shops, supermarkets and farmers markets.

The area is very safe (I have lived here for 8 years) and has great transport links; the Belsize Park northern line is 15 minutes walk and will get you to the city in under 20 minutes. The Overground is a 7 minute walk.

The landlord is great: she responds quickly to any issues and respects your privacy. The neighbours in the house and street are friendly and quiet. The downstairs neighbour in the garden flat of the house would often invite my flatmate and I to relax in her garden and to pick fruit from her trees.
