An eclectic period flat positioned in a quiet leafy enclave bordering the Heath at Parliaments Hill.

The bright spacious lounge has two large windows to either side, daylight in the room is further enhanced with two massive mirrors. The bay window has a sofa build in with storage for large luggage etc. underneath. The build in bookshelves and wardrobe, a comfortable designer lounge chair and a desk provide all you need.

The kitchen is over looking lush gardens and caters for the healthy lifestyle with a twin gear juicer, a professional blender and a dehydrator. There is also a gas hob and cooking utensils. The mezzanine comprises of a quality double mattress and a chest of drawers.

The bathroom has a mirrored wall and a shower. It gives access to a utility room with washer, dryer and cleaning equipment.

The roof terrace has some kitchen herbs growing and is wonderful for relaxing in the sunshine.

The overground is 1 minute down the road, 2 min to buses, 5 min to the tube. M&S and Starbucks are also just 2 min down the road.

Since the flat comes furnished, I provide maintenance every six weeks and pick up my post. I prefer a lady without furniture. Sorry to say that the landlord does not allow pets. Thanks, Jeannette
