Double room in Belsize Park / Hampstead Heath

We are looking for a new flatmate from the end of January!

We are fun, positive, hard-working and caring people who love to make our place a space to live and chill in. Vittorio works in fintech and I work in data science for a comms agency.

We are located 3 mins from Belsize Park Northern line station and 3 mins from Hampstead Health overground station.

We like to take care of our house so daily standard is pristine as you see in pictures - we have 3 beds and 2 bathrooms, 2 big storage rooms and a spacious living room plus a big terrace, communal garden and bike storage. The flat is in a new build so everything is well maintaned and all kitchen / house appliances are high quality (Miele and Bosch).

Loads of local amenities, pubs and restaurants in the area and you are just 2 mins away from the best park in London.

Bills are around £65-70 per month.
