Lovely double room available in a flat in North London, on the border of Gospel Oak, Hampstead Heath and Kentish Town. Perfect location for anyone who enjoys the Heath/ponds/lido as it’s a min walk onto Parliament Hill.

I am currently looking for a new housemate and someone else to make the place a ‘home’ and join in with the occasional dinner/gig, walk/swimming on the Heath etc. It's a clean and tidy flat and like to look after the place so looking for someone like-minded and considerate.

The room is within a 2 floor flat on a lovely road opposite Hampstead Heath. There is a kitchen with all the appliances, a nicely fitted bathroom, spacious living and dining room. The room itself is on the top floor at the back of the house and has a double bed and wardrobe with room for a small desk space.

The location is great! It is a couple mins from Gospel Oak (Overground) and 10 min walk from Belsize Park/ Kentish Town (Northern Line) with quite a few buses (46,24,88) and 24hr bus into central at the end of the road. There are a lot of choices for food nearby; Hampstead Heath shops with a large Marks a few mins walk away, a nice organic foodie market at the end of the road and then Kentish Town High st with everything nearby. A short walk to Primrose Hill, Hampstead Heath and Camden – there is always a lot going on!

The rent is £925 per month, deposit is £925 and would require part of this (£250) to secure the room and the balance paid when moved in. Bills are excluded include broadband, gas, electric, council tax and water, average around £160 per month. The room comes with a wardrobe, bed and mattress.

Move in is 1st July.
