This peaceful oasis benefits from a terrace surrounded by nature and wildlife. Within a 3 min. stroll across the Heath you reach the mixed swimming pond or the many lovely cafes and restaurants of the Hampstead village.

The large lounge has heigh ceilings, windows to either side and is furnished with large mirrors, some small antiques, a build in wardrobe and window sofa. The kitchen is equipped with a slow juicer, water distiller and dehydrator, ideal for healthy living enthusiasts but also has a stove and cooking pots etc as well an air fryer.

The maisonette is overlooking lush gardens and contains a quality double mattress and a chest of drawers. For convenience, bedding and towels can be provided also.

The bathroom has large mirrors and contains a basin and a shower. There is also a washing machine with dryer in the utility room.

The flat would be suitable for an open minded person staying at least until mid April and happy to receive some help with maintenance and cleaning every 6-8 weeks for 3-5 days at the time between now and January. I can provide an estimation of possible days already since you may like to plan ahead to travel or stay with friends during those 10- max 15 days in total. Alternatively you could be going out during daytimes and return to sleep in the lounge while I am around so we both can have a little privacy. This flat is also advertised without this option but would save you a full month rent until April in addition to the help with the cleaning.
