Double room in rare 3-bed by the Heath

We're looking for an easy-going, clean and respectful house mate to fill a beautiful double room in our very rare and super lovely three bedroom flat. I’m Clea, a documentary maker, London-born and raised, and I’ve been in the flat for 2.5 years, and Maria is originally from Barcelona but has studied and work here for several years, and works in fiscal policy, in the flat since Jan 2025. This flat has never gone on the rental market it’s that good - it just gets passed from tenants to tenants. Our landlords are great and very easy going, renting this place out for at least 20 years according to our downstairs neighbour. Flats like this don’t come up often in this area.

We’re very open friendly and independent people - social and friends with one another but with our own lives and social networks. We’re looking for another kind and warm female to share our home with. We are prioritising those who do not work from home more than a day or so a week, ideally, as the living area isn’t huge, and with no space for a desk in the bedroom. The flat is split over three floors.

The room available is spacious, tranquil and well cared for, with its own sink and plenty of storage. We have a lovely inviting living room with a huge dining table and two sofas, and on the top floor there is a small but functional kitchen.

The available bedroom is next to the living room on the middle floor. There is one bathroom, which has a great, high pressure shower/bath tub. There isn’t a television in the living room, I have a projector and we watch things on laptops too, and we prefer it that way, as it keeps the living room a zen space where everyone can enjoy, eat, relax, read and talk. No massive telly watchers here.

The rent typically comes in around £1070-80 per month inclusive of all council tax, bills and broadband.

Hampstead Heath overground is 5 mins away: we are right next to South End Green with plenty of shops including a big M&S. Belsize Park station (Northern Line tube stop) and Haverstock Hill with even more shops are a 10-15 min walk away. We have an entrance to the Heath on our road too.
