May sublet in a double room near the Heath

I'm subletting my gorgeous double room in a 3 bed flat just for the month of may - the room can come with sheets, towels if needed - the wardrobe and shelves will be empty for use.

Please note - Sublet dates are strictly during May and are not flexible or available outside of the month of May.

Housemates are two lovely female professionals, one in travel, one in finance.

The flat is split over three floors. The room available is cosy, tranquil and well cared for, with a garden view. We have a lovely inviting living room with a huge dining table and two sofas, and on the top floor there is a small but functional kitchen. There is one bathroom, which has a great, high pressure shower/bath tub.

Rent is £1100 for a month, bills included.

Hampstead Heath overground is a 5 min walk away: we are right next to South End Green with plenty of shops including a big M&S. Belsize Park station (Northern Line tube stop) and Haverstock Hill with even more shops are a 10-15 min walk away. We have an entrance to the Heath on our road too.
