Lovely Top Floor Double in 3 bed flat by the heath

We're looking for an easy-going, clean and respectful house mate to fill a lovely double room in our three bedroom flat. Available from mid - late Jan, dates flexible.

We are two friends, looking for another kind and warm female flatmate, who does not work from home full time. Both working professionals, one of us works hybrid as a producer on documentaries, and the other in content strategy, again hybrid.

The flat is split over three floors. The room available is cosy, tranquil and well cared for, with a garden view. We have a lovely inviting living room with a huge dining table and two sofas, and on the top floor there is a small but functional kitchen. The bedroom available is next to the kitchen. There is one bathroom, which has a great, high pressure shower/bath tub.

Bills and Broadband come to an extra approx £145 a month (Council Tax band E)

Hampstead Heath overground is a 5 min walk away: we are right next to South End Green with plenty of shops including a big M&S. Belsize Park station (Northern Line tube stop) and Haverstock Hill with even more shops are a 10-15 min walk away. We have an entrance to the Heath on our road too.
