Double room in quiet flat near Belsize Park zone 2

We have a medium-sized double room becoming available on the 18th May in a shared flat (1st floor) in NW3. It has a double bed with a new, comfortable mattress, large wardrobe, desk and chair.

Our nearest stations are Hampstead Heath overground (3 min), and Belsize Park tube station (about 10 min). The nearest bus stop serving 1, 24, 46 and C11 buses is 1 minute away. There’s a large M&S Simply Food a couple of minutes away, with local shops and cafes too. Hampstead Heath with its lovely open spaces and views is another minute further on.

The house comprises a shared living room with a large dining table, kitchen, bathroom and separate toilet, a small balcony and has 3 bedrooms in total. The lounge includes a double sofabed for occasional overnight guests., and widescreen TV. Washing machine, central heating. We have the beginnings of a small garden area in the balcony so anyone who likes to garden is welcome.

The current flatmates work in the creative industries. Leo, from Italy, works from home and is a software developer for films and TV, and Nicole, also from Italy, is an art historian.

We are usually quite busy with our own jobs so this is not a party house, although we like to get together for a meal once in a while and chat about current events etc. We are looking for someone professional, respectful of space, friendly, and willing to work together to keep the flat a nice and tidy space for everyone to live in.

Bills are not included in the rent, we are each responsible for different bills so the new flatmate will be responsible for the electricity and gas each month and we then recompense payments promptly. The average monthly bills work at about £140 each, a little more in winter, less in summer.
