Hampstead is, a unique, leafy area in the London Borough of Camden It. is a beautiful, unique part of London with much history and great local shops, pubs and restaurants. It is known for its intellectual, liberal, artistic, musical and literary associations and for Hampstead Heath, a large, hilly expanse of parkland which is literally one-minute away from the house.
Transports
Belsize Park is the closest underground station (10-15 minute walk), and the overground of Hampstead Heath is nearby (5-8 minute walk). Various bus stops are 1-5 minute walk and connect the are with locations such as Paddington, the West end and Victoria among others.

You are a tidy and considerate professional looking for a place in central London and enjoy living in a beautiful home surrounded by objects and books collected around the world. You are independent and happy to socialise over a cup of coffee in the kitchen or garden, but also private and independent. Short stays only (max two/ three months with possible extension TBC). Monday to Friday also possible. Would also suit returning professional who needs to be in London regularly or needs to live here for a period of time.

Originally from Italy, I have lived in many countries, with London being my main home. I am a busy and social company founder, I travel for work and when I am home I work with a hybrid set up. My partner and daughter live mostly out and come and stay every now and then.

A quiet and well trained dog might be considered. I am a dog and animal lover. We had a dog for 12 years and he loved the Heath nearby. Hampstead is extremely dog friendly.
