We have a cosy double bedroom with brand new memory foam mattress in its own quarter within our cottage-style penthouse apartment in Hampstead Heath NW3 to rent. It has an en-suite bathroom with a wet room/shower, walk in wardrobe, smart TV/DVD player including netflix and amazon prime and a great selection of DVD films and documentaries, plus a DAB Radio, with access to the kitchen/idyllic living space and a gorgeous, large roof terrace.

We're looking for someone who needs a regular space in London 2 to 3 nights a week (ideally Monday to Wednesday). Cleaner, Wifi and all bills included. Non-smokers. It's a two minute walk to Hampstead Heath Overground and a five minute walk to Belsize Park Underground (Northern Line) so very quick and easy to get into Central London. There are plenty of lovely shops, restaurants and pubs nearby in South End Road and close to Belsize Park Village and Hampstead High Street. And as part of our family we have an adorable little dog who's extremely friendly and loving. We can meet initially on zoom and we can send more photos if that's more convenient.
