Double Room in Hampstead Heath - Bills Included

We have one room available in our lovely house of 7, as our current flatmate has very sadly decided to leave the country. 😢

About your room:
- The room is a double bedroom, with a desk, chair, double bed, built-in wardrobe and drawers included. All other furniture included in the pics are not part of the room.
-The room is not en-suite and you will be sharing a bathroom with two very clean people and therefore it is vital for us that the new person is equally clean and respectful.
- Price will be £1000 per month will all the bills included (council tax, wifi, gas, electricity and any maintenance exp’s occurred).

We have someone who comes and deep cleans all the common areas once every 3 weeks that is also included in the bills.

🏠 About our home:
It is a very beautiful big house spread across 4 floors, with a bright living room, a very big kitchen, and a secondary kitchen on the 3rd floor, a shared WC on the ground floor, a garden and a terrace that we use a lot during summer!

Even though we are 7 people in the house, it doesn’t feel like it, as the house is big and everyone has different timings/routines, so this gives a perfect balance for everyone and never feels too much.

About us:
We are all very good friends, we do many things together, many nights in or out, BBQs in the garden and having friends over! We have become a small family, sharing a huge part of our lives but at the same time we are also independent, having our own private lives, doing our own things and spending time alone.
We are all very chill, multicultural, between the ages of 24-33, and all working professionals, with many working exclusively from the office or having a hybrid work style, which helps a lot in balancing the traffic in the house.

About you:
We are looking for a full time working professional (this is a requirement by the landlady) who is clean, respectful and considerate of others and communicates things easily, as all of the above are to ensure a healthy balance where everyone can feel comfortable and like home.

Move-in date & viewings:
The room will be available from the 7th of September, but with a move-in flexibility of 10-14 days after that.
Viewings will be taking place the w/c the 26th, tbc exact date & time through PM.
