Large Bedroom In Newly Rennovated Flat Near Heath

Hi there,

I've just spent 6 months putting a lot of love into rennovating my flat near Hampstead Heath, and I'm looking for a chill flatmate to enjoy it with me from 28th July, as this is when my current flatmate is leaving!

About the Flat
The flat is a really beautiful ground floor Victorian period conversion on Agincourt Road, with a shared (brand new) bathroom between the two bedrooms, a fully-fitted brand new kitchen and living room area, and a private outdoor garden.

Location is incredible, we are just 5 mins from the Heath and Hampstead Heath Overground, and about 10 mins walk from Belsize Park tube (Northern line Zone 2). Local supermarket is an M&S 3 mins walk away. There's a lovely family-owned pub (best in the area in my opinion) 2 mins from the flat.

About the Room
The room is the largest bedroom in the flat, which I've recently redecorated and added secondary glazing so it is super private and you cannot hear the road at all (see red room in pictures). It has a double bed with a new Emma mattress, a desk chair, shelves, x3 drawers and a small old wardrobe. x2 windows have blackout curtains and I've got privacy screens for the windows.

About the Bills
Bills are about £200 per month, including Council tax which is Band D (£84 per month).

About Me
- I'm a young working professional (M25) who runs x2 start-ups. One is a sustainability platform; the other is a catering business which sells French crepes! I mostly work from home, usually in my room, but I'm out 2-3 days per week.
- I'm also an amateur musician and composer; I have an upright piano in my room which I play regularly.
- I am not a party animal but I do like to socialise, e. g. occasionally having friends round for cocktail parties.
- I am super tidy and a bit of a clean freak and I'd love to share the flat with someone similar!
- My academic background is Philosophy, I enjoy discussing everything from film and theatre to politics and religion.
- I am easy-going and looking for a super chill and kind person to live with :)

About You
- Super clean and tidy - the kind of person who enjoys cleaning the kitchen counter every day. This is really important for me due to bad past experiences...!
- Likes cats (as I'm looking for one now!)
- Ideally not full-time working from home, hybrid etc is perfect
- Doesn't mind me practising the piano in my room!
- Partners are welcome within reason (ie not moving in / staying 5 nights per week).
- Slight preference to live with a girl, only because I had a difficult experience living with a guy last year and I've always found flat-sharing with girls to be much easier!
- Someone mature and sensible but also enjoys having people round for dinner / having a drink as well at the weekends. Work-life balance basically :)
