🌸Seeking a clean and friendly girl to share a flat in Hampstead Heath 🌸

Hey everyone! My flatmate is unexpectedly moving abroad so her room will be available from the end of September but flexible move in until late October! The location is amazing and the price is a steal imo!

About the flat: The top floor of a 4 story Victorian House which has 1 large bedroom and a private lounge room as well as a large (shared) bathroom. Will be shared with just me. I have the same layout on the floor below but with the shared kitchen instead of a bathroom. Lots of natural light in the space and comes fully furnished. No garden access but we are literally one street away from the Heath.

Location: Located on a very quiet residential street. Hampstead Heath overground is approx 2 mins away (mildmay line, the best one tbh) and Belsize Park (northern line) tube is about a 15 min walk away. Bus routes 1, 24, 46 and C11 run nearby.

Price: £920.00PCM + 1 months rent as deposit. Water, gas and electricity are paid quarterly to the landlady (no agency) and have ranged from £45pp to approx £200pp. Council tax is around £90 per month each and internet is about £15 per month each.

About me: I’m Mariana and I’m 32 years old. I’m originally from Canada but have lived in London for about 5 years. I work 4 days a week out of the house as a nurse. Cleanliness is very important to me so if you also place importance in not leaving dishes in the sink, wiping counters, brushing crumbs etc. we will be a fantastic match! Although the flat offers us a lot of privacy I would like to live with someone who doesn’t mind a chat or tv/movie night or heath session. Ideally ages 28+. Not suitable for parties or constant guests. I see my home as a refuge after a long day and looking for someone looking for the same !
