Lovely, double room to rent in a ground floor flat in Hampstead Heath.
Flat is spacious with an open plan living room/kitchen and a garden. A couple minutes walk from the Heath, 5 minutes walk from the overground and 10 minutes to Belsize Park tube (Northern line).
The room is unfurnished but it does come with a large wardrobe and my flatmate is happy to leave the bed that’s currently in the room if that's wanted.
A big bonus is that the flat is pet friendly!
Parking is not included, but you can get a resident's permit for the area.
Bills are not included and come to approx £200 each a month (including council tax, water, electric, internet, etc).
You’d be sharing with me, I’m 34 years old and work in the non-profit sector. I've lived here for a few years now and like to treat this place like home, so I am looking for someone who similarly likes a homely flatshare, is clean, friendly and might want to occasionally cook together or share a glass of wine.
