We have a bright room available from 1st October in a friendly flat just 5 minutes from Hampstead Heath.

The room comes furnished (double bed, wardrobe, drawers, bedside table) with space to add a desk or bookcase. The flat has a living room, kitchen/dining area, balcony, bathroom + separate toilet, laundry area, and extra storage.

You’ll be sharing with 3 lovely flatmates who value both calm and friendliness.

Please note we’re not accepting students, and it isn’t suitable if you work from home full-time. The vibe in the flat is calm and respectful, with space for a friendly chat but also plenty of independence.
