Small double room in a cosy garden flat

Hi Everyone,

I am leaving my room in our flat due to a new job opportunity, so a small double room available in a 2 bedroom garden flat just a minute away from the beautiful Hamstead Heath.
It's in a quiet street with safe neighborhood. There are two more flats above us, but all the tenants there are quiet and respectful, we barely see each other. Bus stops, shops, overground and the Royal Free Hospital is within close walking distance. Belsize park tube station is about 10-15 minutes walk.

The flat has 2 bedrooms with an open kitchen/living room area, a bathroom with bathtub and toilet and a nice, big, green garden. My friend will stay in the other room, so it will be the two of you in the flat.
We rented a whole flat so the bills are not included in the price. It's about an extra 120 £, which covers everything (council tax, electricity, gas and internet). The water is paid by the landlady.
