En-Suite Room in Hampstead Heath

We have one en suite room available in our friendly Hampstead Heath house.

About your room:
- The room is a double bedroom, en-suite.
- Furniture included: Bed, desk (with a different chair). Everything else (mirror etc, will be taken away).
- Price will be £1000 per month will all the bills included (council tax, wifi, gas, electricity and any maintenance exp’s occurred).
-The room is located on the first floor.

We have someone who comes and deep cleans all the common areas twice a month that is also included in the bills.

About our house:
It is a very beautiful big house spread across 4 floors, with a bright living room, a very big kitchen, and a secondary kitchen on the 3rd floor, a shared WC on the ground floor, a garden and a terrace that we use a lot during summer!

Even though we are 7 people in the house, it doesn’t feel like it, as the house is big and everyone has different timings around the house and their routines, so this gives a perfect balance for everyone and never feels too much.

About us:
We are all really good friends, do many things together, many nights out or in, having BBQs in the garden and having people over! We have become a small family and it’s important to us to find someone who matches this and equally cares about their flatmates.
We are all chill, multicultural, between the ages of 24-27 & a 33 yo and all working professionals, with most having a hybrid work style, which helps a lot in balancing the traffic in the house.

The house is located by the Hampstead Heath overground, overlooking the Heath (!!), with many grocery shops, gyms nearby and the Belsize Park Station being 12 mins walk from the house. Hampstead is a very green, quiet and safe area to live in.

About you:
We are looking for a full time working professional who is clean, respectful and considerate of others and communicates things easily, as all of the above are to ensure a healthy home where everyone can feel comfortable and like home. It’s very important for us that this person will care about the house as much as we do.

Move-in date & viewings:
The room is available from the 1st of April.
Viewings will be taking place on the 28th, 29th & 30th of March.
