Sunny room by Hampstead Heath

Hello!

Sadly flatmate is moving to a different area and we are looking for someone to replace her.

This is a beautiful room with a big window in a 4-bedroom house. It comes with a wardrobe, a comfortable double bed, and a desk with a chair. A spacious bathroom with a jacuzzi bath is shared with two other flatmates.

We have a large communal space with a fully-equipped kitchen, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher and a large living room. The landlord is an architect and used to live here!

The three of us are young professionals working full-time & hosting dinners and guests from time to time. Most of us have lived in the flat for several years and we are looking for someone who is also looking to stay long-term and would take care of the flat contributing to the communal areas to make this place feel like home.

Move-in date is 17th-24th of May.

Rent: £943/month (+bills, around £100/month).
