If you are looking for a place that feels like home just moments away from the stunning Hampstead Heath? We have the perfect spot for you! I am moving out of London so looking for someone to take my room and join my lovely friend Ashleigh as a flatmate.

🏠 The Flat:

Two Bedrooms: One for you, one for Ash . Both really good size rooms that come furnished with a double bed, side table, chest of drawers and a big wardrobe.

Study: There is an extra room that we have turned into a study, Ash mostly WFH but she is happy to alternate using the space and there is also plenty of room for another desk in the lounge if you need to WFH

Lounge/Dining Room: Spacious and comfy for Netflix marathons or dinner parties.

Roof Terrace: Ideal for soaking up the sun and enjoying the view.

Kitchen: Fully equipped for all your culinary adventures.

Bathroom: To share between the two of us, but clean and tidy, just like the rest of the flat.

Hampstead Heath Overground Station (5 min walk)
Belsize Park Underground: Quick access to Central London (10 min walk)
Hampstead Heath: Practically your backyard! Perfect for morning jogs, leisurely walks, picnics with friends, or (if you're a little braver than me) dips in the famous Hampstead ponds.

👩‍💼 About Ash:
She is an Occupational Psychologist working in Leadership Development, and when shes not buried in reports, she loves socializing with friends and enjoying a nice glass of wine in the evening. She has a variety of hobbies and is always up for new experiences and adventures. As a friendly, tidy, and considerate house, we are looking for someone who appreciates a warm and welcoming home.

🥂 Looking For:
A fun, easy-going individual who enjoys the occasional glass of wine in the evening and maybe cooking together. Whilst we enjoy socialising together flatmate, also respectful of personal space and happy to leave you to it. If you’re tidy, considerate, and up for some good company, they you would be a perfect match!
