Great flat with character next to Hampstead Heath (couldn't get closer the the heath) & close to Royal Free Hospital. Big sunny roof terrace with incredible views of London for BBQ's & chill.

Big lounge with wooden floors, fireplace and lots of character, TV with Chromecast, and small but well-formed kitchen.

Sharing with me; (Jason) easy going, friendly and like to keep the place clean. I'm an HR Manager into Yoga, fitness walking on the heath, photography and music. & Kevin an Irish guy who is a lawyer and works long hours.

I like to be on good casual terms with housemates, but also respect personal space.

I work from home during the week & out most evenings at the gym. Ideally looking for someone who doesn't also work from home.

Would suit someone who needs a clean quiet space to live and relax or study after a day at work.

Very quiet street with no through traffic. parking available with permit -

5 minutes walk from Hampstead Heath overground, 10 mins walk to Belsize Park Northern line or Hampstead tube & 15 mins by bus to Camden (30 mins walk to Camden).

Deposit is one months rent but can be spread over 2 months if you prefer.
