Lovely double room in Hampstead Heath

Are you far from home? Well, in this flat you will feel like home but more independent :)!

I love my room and my lovely flatmates but I’ve recently received an opportunity to work abroad so will need to sadly leave. I need someone nice, clean, fun-loving yet calm to replace me in the flat.

What you need to know:

1. The room has a double bed, new mattress, wardrobe, closet, plenty of space for clothes (one of the things I love most!). The big mirror, bedside table and table night light are mine.
2. The flat has 4 bedrooms, 1 shared bathroom, 1 shared toilet (separated from bathroom), complete kitchen, shared living room with nice view of the garden and a small balcony to spend some time in the summer or nice weather, 1 small storage and a washing machine with dryer.
3. The location is amazing! If you like travelling often, this is your place is second to none! It is 10 minutes from Golders Green where you can connect to the National Express Bus to Stansted Airport. It is 5 minutes from West Hampstead where you can take the train to Heathrow or Gatwick airports! For your daily commute to work the flat is less than 5 minutes from Hampstead Heath overground, 10 minutes from Belsize park underground station (Northern line) and 2 minutes from bus 24 which will take you into central London.

What else? There are lots of restaurants (Thai, Greek, Japanese, Indian), Pubs, beautiful coffee shops, Starbucks, M&S for food and  you're only 10 minutes from Camden Town. The area is really nice, green, residential, quiet and secure to go for a walk or to do yoga in Hampstead Heath park. You can also choose to have a drink in one of the fantastic local pub around here. During the summer you can enjoy relaxing on the heath and organise picnics with your friends! :-) It really is amazing to living here.
4. I have one female Italian, one female Australian and one female German flatmate. They are very independent and professional women. They aren't loud but are still very social, relaxed and love to travel.
5. Bills are not included but normally around 40-60 pounds each month (internet, water, electricity, council tax, cleaning stuff, toilet paper).

What we are looking for:

A nice and professional man or woman who is clean, independent, calm, sociable (but not the wild party type), fun and who knows to share a flat :-)
