Female Preferred - Single Bedroom W/ Living Room

We are looking for a tenant to take our single bedroom. This room consists of one single bed, desk, draws and freestanding rail to hang clothes. We are looking for someone who is clean, tidy, quiet and keeps to themselves.

The house itself has three bedrooms shared amongst me and my bf in one room ensuite and two of my friends bedrooms, a shared bathroom with a lavatory, shower and sink and another separately shared lavatory. On the ground floor, the landlords (myself) bedroom is located with a shared room of living and a kitchen. We also have a large garden which is lovely to sit in during the summer and hold bbqs, a garage if bicycles are to be stored and a staired attic which has additional storage if required. We have internet and bills provided, with a TV in the living room. However, since no one uses the TV, we removed our TV package and have Netflix.

The house has two extremely friendly black cats, which the landlord (myself) owns.

We are located on a quiet street consisting of family, elderly and friendly neighbours. We have free parking on our road too.

We are 10-15min walk from Hanger Lane tube station and
20min walk to Ealing Broadway. We are 15-20min walk from Pitshanger Lane which is a small lane filled with food shops, gym and cafes. We are also 2min walk to a bus stop that travels to these stations.
