A double room is available for SINGLE OCCUPANCY (Monday-Friday) in an idyllic west London 2-bedroom maisonette. The new tenant will be sharing the property with only one other occupant (thats me, landlord) who is a full-time working professional. It's in a quiet residential street close to some great local shops, cafes, shops and restaurants.

Hanger Lane tube station (zone 3, central line) is 2 mins walk and Park Royal tube station (zone 3, piccadilly line) is 5-7 mins walk. Either of these lines would take 20-25 mins into central London. Good bus service within 1 min walk: 83, 95, 112 (I think, there are more routes on the other side of the road, worth checking).

On street parking is available from the council if you have a car. Off-peak parking is free. Easy access to A40/M40/A406 if you want to be close to key connections.

Lots of parks near by if you are into running.

The double room is nice and light with a large window overlooking a private green patch plus a large communal garden.

The room is fully furnished with a double bed (with drawers), a large fitted storage wardrobe - so plenty of storage space.

The light and airy living room comes with a two seater sofa, a dining table and a tv.

The house has been recently redecorated and always kept clean, and hence looking for a CLEAN tenant who would reciprocate in keeping it tidy. It is not a party pad, and you will be sharing with just one other quiet person.
