Small Double Room in West London

I am moving out of my room at the end of April and need to find a replacement - looking for someone to move in 1st May
The room is small, but that makes it affordable for West London. The house is in a fairly quiet residential area, but only 5-10 minute walk from Hanger Lane Station (central line), and another 10 minutes will get you to Park Royal (picadilly line).
The house has a large and bright kitchen/living room, which leads to the garden. There are two bathrooms, one on the 1st floor, one on the 2nd.

All the other housemates are in their mid-late 20s

The rent is £778 including bills and bi-weekly cleaner. Council tax is paid as a one-time contribution at the beginning of the tenancy (£150)
