Luxury studio apartment (with sauna and gym)

My partner and I are looking for someone to take over our contract ending on February but I am sure that there won't be a problem to extend it directly with the agency.

It is a studio apartment, fully furnished with fully equipped kitchen containing the hob, dishwasher, oven and microwave. There is also a washing machine and the dryer in the flat.

The advertised price of 1400£ excludes everything except of rent but you might expect to spend around 1700£ in total per month if there are two people renting.

Residents of the building have free access to the gym in the ground floor. As well free of charge sauna&steam room and cinema (those have to be booked in advance).

There is 24 hours concierge service.

The nearest tube station is just a short walk away- less than 10 minutes.
