My lovely roommate has had to move to America for a new job on short notice, so I’m looking for someone new to share this cozy flat with me. The tenancy runs until the end of June, but I’d love to renew if it works out well for both of us. Move-in date would be anytime from December to the first week of January.

I’m hoping to find someone who’s easygoing, shares similar vibes, and maybe even becomes a friend as well as a flatmate. 😊

A bit about the flat:

• Rent: £866.77 total + bills (water and council tax included). Bills are between £80-£ 120
• Deposit: £886.77 (refunded at the end of the tenancy).
• Shared bathroom and living area/kitchen
• Rooms and amenities:
• Room 1 is a bright bedroom with a desk and chair.
• Room 2 is a loft with a bedroom with a desk and chair. Move in end of January.
• Storage room for your belongings plus laundry room
• Transport & location:
• 12 mins walk to Hanger Lane station (Central Line).
• 20 mins walk to Ealing Broadway, or a quick bus ride (yes, I’ve done the walks!).
• Bus stop right near the house, connecting to Ealing Broadway.
• Free parking if you have a car.
• Landlady: She lives in the house below the flat but is super chill—our spaces don’t overlap, and I rarely see or hear her.

A bit about me:

I’m into reading, playing video games, walking, roller skating, cooking, and going to museums and so much more! I enjoy the occasional cocktail and love a good laugh. I’d describe myself as an open and honest person who values a peaceful but fun home environment.
