I am renting my 2-bedroom, 1 bathroom flat to move in from 14th March. The flat is available part-furnished.

The flat is located in a lovely area, surrounded by green spaces and with great transport links: Hanger Lane station (6 min walk), Park Royal Station (13 min walk), North Ealing Station (18 min walk), Ealing Broadway Station, high street and amenities (24 min walk, through park and lovely, quaint streets). I am a member of the resident's association, so this is a space where residents look out for one another and ensure the building is cared for. Parking is also available upon request.

I am currently refurbishing the flat following the end of the previous tenancy. Images are from a year ago, so please note there have been a few changes:

(1) the living room is unfurnished;
(2) the smaller bedroom has a built in wardrobe and drawer, but no bed;
(3) the master bedroom has new, white standing wardrobes and a dresser. The inbuilt grey wardrobes and desks were removed. The bed and bed side tables remain.

I will be conducting viewings from Wednesday, 5 March from 10:30am-6pm.
